Privacy Policy

We store only what we need to run the service: your email address and authentication credentials, your Whop membership reference, your subscription status, your Telegram user ID once you link it, and an audited referral log.

We do not store card details. Payments are taken and processed by Whop, our checkout and payments provider, under their own privacy terms.

Signing in with Google. If you choose to sign in with Google, Google confirms your identity to us and we receive your name and email address. We never see your Google password.

Our Telegram support bot. Messages you send to our support bot, and our replies, are stored so we can help you and check the answers are right. To write those replies the message is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic), which processes it on our behalf and does not use it to train models. If your question needs a person, the conversation is passed to a member of our team.

Site analytics and checkout clicks. We record basic, non-identifying visit information — the page, the referring site, marketing tags in the link, and rough device type — and we log when a checkout button is clicked, so we can see which pages and adverts are working. This is used for our own reporting only.

Referral visits are logged for fraud and attribution purposes (IP address, user agent, referring code and timestamp). To request deletion of your account and associated personal data, message us on Telegram at @VIP_AiBet_bot and we will action it.
